Working together

A clear process for your website project.

From the first idea to handover, you should know what happens next, which information we need and when to provide feedback.

Project phases

How your new website takes shape.

The details and schedule are agreed in your individual proposal.

Enquiry & brief

Tell us about your business, audience and goals. The relevant Word brief can help you gather content and preferences. We discuss open questions together.

Proposal & structure

You receive a written proposal specifying pages, features, services and costs. We then agree the page structure and the text, images and access details needed.

Design & development

We design and build the website. You review a working version and consolidate your feedback into the agreed round of revisions.

Testing & handover

We check pages, links and agreed features. After approval, we assist with publication and hand over the access details.

Briefs

Downloadable Word briefs

Choose your package and preferred document language. All templates are free to download and can be filled in directly in Word. No enquiry is required to download them.

Fill in what you already know. We will discuss open questions together. You can then send the brief with your enquiry or email it to office@aboxon-webkonzept.de.

What we need from you

Good content is a shared effort.

You know your business best. You provide information about your services and audience, along with existing text and images. We organise these materials into a clear structure and build the website within the agreed scope.

Images require the appropriate usage rights. You provide reviewed legal notice and privacy texts; we can integrate them.

Practical checklist

  • Logo and existing colours
  • Descriptions of your services
  • Text and images with usage rights
  • Preferred contact methods
  • Domain and hosting information
  • Reviewed legal texts before publication

Before we begin

Answers to common questions.

We discuss further details together and record them in the proposal.

How many revisions are included?

Standard includes one consolidated round of revisions; Medium and Premium include two. The proposal defines what counts as a revision and which content is reviewed.

Who owns the domain and hosting accounts?

You book your domain and hosting yourself; the accounts remain in your name. We need the agreed access details to complete the setup.

Can I edit content myself later?

That depends on the agreed technology. We clarify in advance which editing options you need.

What happens after publication?

You receive the agreed access details and a brief explanation. Further maintenance or extensions can be arranged separately.
